  8. With d11, when I hit test a FW_CRegionShape, passing a tolerance of
  9. FW_kFixed0, a hit is not detected. I think this may be a peculiarity of
  10. QuickDraw's ::RectInRgn(), which for some reason does not like empty
  11. rectangles.
